The YWCA Regina is a non-profit organization that exists to support and empower women, children, and youth in addressing their diverse needs in the realization of their full potential.

An ECE summer position is available in the YWCA Lumsden Childcare Centre. This position entails working 5 days for a total of 37.5 hours per week. The successful applicant will be responsible for working collaboratively with our School Age program staff to create and implement developmentally appropriate programing for the 2017 Summer Camps.

Responsibilities:

-Provide support with planning and programming weekly themed camps for children ages 6-12.

- Collaborating with staff team to ensure a safe environment for all children

-Be a team player

-Be physically able to handle the demands of the job

- Have a positive attitude

- Punctual and dependable

Qualifications:

- Interest in working with groups of children

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Criminal record check with a vulnerable sector check
