CEFA Early Learning-Willowbrook is hiring!

CEFA Willowbrook is located at 20510 Langley Bypass, Langley. Our beautiful 8 classroom school – with four natural playgrounds - opened in March 2014. Our school is growing, so we need to hire capable, qualified Infant-Toddler Teachers (or in the process of completing their Infant-Toddler Certification) who are willing to be part of our amazing team!

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) position, starting immediately. 

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Early Childhood Educator with a current ECE license to practice and Infant-Toddler certification (or in the process of completing their Infant-Toddler Certification) who has a passion for working with young children from ages 10 months to 36 months old and will:

•  Help children develop a passion for learning
•  Be dedicated, enthusiastic, creative and professional
•  Provide a space where children can have fun, especially while they are learning
•  Prepare children academically and socially for school
•  Encourage and support each child, and meet each child where they are
•  Bond with each child, providing a nurturing and stable environment
•  Promote each child’s individuality and self-esteem
•  Support the parents as well as the child
•  Encourage children, parents and staff to develop lasting and meaningful friendships with one another
•  Help all parents participate in their child’s education

Requirements

Successful candidates will have great leadership and organizational skills, be creative, very loving, resourceful, independent and a team player, and will also have the ability and experience to manage a classroom of up to 12 children in an IT classroom.

**You must have an Infant Toddler certification for this position (or in the process of completing your Infant-Toddler Certification).
