CEFA Early Learning-Willowbrook is hiring!

CEFA Willowbrook is located at 20510 Langley Bypass, Langley. Our beautiful 8 classroom school – with four natural playgrounds - opened in March 2014. Our school is growing, so we need to hire capable, qualified Infant-Toddler Teachers who are willing to be part of our amazing team!

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) position, starting immediately. 

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Early Childhood Educator with a current ECE license to practice and Infant-Toddler certification who has a passion for working with young children from ages 10 months to 36 months old and will:

•  Help children develop a passion for learning
•  Be dedicated, enthusiastic, creative and professional
•  Provide a space where children can have fun, especially while they are learning
•  Prepare children academically and socially for school
•  Encourage and support each child, and meet each child where they are
•  Bond with each child, providing a nurturing and stable environment
•  Promote each child’s individuality and self-esteem
•  Support the parents as well as the child
•  Encourage children, parents and staff to develop lasting and meaningful friendships with one another
•  Help all parents participate in their child’s education

Requirements

Successful candidates will have great leadership and organizational skills, be creative, very loving, resourceful, independent and a team player, and will also have the ability and experience to manage a classroom of up to 12 children in an IT classroom.

You will be the kind of person who loves coming to work each day, and has a passion for inspiring children to learn and grow. You will also care very much about contributing to our school community. We want CEFA Willowbrook to be the kind of place to which both staff and children want to belong.

**You must have an Infant Toddler certification for this position.
