Montessori Minds Childcare Centre Ltd #2 located in New Westminster, BC is looking for a Full-Time, Permanent Early Childhood Educator.

Conditions
• Position: Early Childhood Educator (Full Time, Permanent Position)
• Full-Time position, 37.5 hrs/week (shifted schedule), 7.5 hours a day.
• Hourly Wage: $16.00-18.00/hour (depends on experience and skills)
• Vacation: 10 days paid vacation or 4% of gross salary / year
• Number of Positions: 1

Requirements:
• Education: College diploma/Certificate in early childhood education is required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience or equivalent education background
• Criminal Record Check
• Language: English

Job Duties;
• Develop and implement daily activities that support and promote the development of children
• Organize daily actives that support and promote the development of children
• Lead children in activities by scheduled curriculum
• Guide and taking care of children in the development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits
• Help children develop a passion for learning
• Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioural problems and take appropriate action
• Encourage children, parents and staffs to develop lasting and meaningful friendships with one another
• Keep the classroom and materials clean and organized
