Description

The individual in this role will be meticulously organized, have great attention to detail, excel in creating and maintaining interpersonal relationships and be a strong communicator verbally and in writing.  Responsible for all aspects of employee files (including creation & maintenance of hard copy files and our HR Information Management System), tracking of employee training completion, and creating and maintaining HR procedure documents, you will have experience as an HR Assistant position, and be ready to take on additional junior consulting responsibilities. This will include recruitment for entry level positions (Quality Life Assistants, Early Childhood Educators, Cleaners, Concierge, etc), supporting management in completing basic employee investigations in accordance with performance and discipline policy, creating job descriptions, and leading projects related to increasing capacity of our Ceridian Dayforce (HR Management Information System).  

You will also provide basic IT support services, including   requesting new email addresses, new employee set up for computers, inputting new employees into our online training portal, acting as first point of contact for employees re: cracked phones, transferring of numbers, tracking all equipment/computers/phones/notify pendants, and liaising with our IT Support personnel with WBM.
