Description
We are seeking an energetic, confident and passionate individual to take on the role of Director of Next Generation Early Learning Centre Co-operative. This position requires a minimum Early Childhood Diploma. As a director you would lead a highly experienced staff of educators to create an engaging and nurturing environment for children aged 18 months to 10 years old. The Director reports directly to the Board of Directors, and collaborates with the members of the Board to develop and implement daycare policies strategies and curriculum that drive the short and long term success of the daycare. The daycare is looking for an enthusiastic and positive educator with management, leadership and administrative experience. The successful candidate will work with teachers, board members, and parents to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the daycare.

Early Childhood Educator Assistant Skills
